Every month a new internet cafe seems to open in Odessa. Internet growth seems only outpaced by restaurant growth. Included here is a small portion of the Internet cafes in Odessa. Internet Planet is highly Recommended.

Connections in some cafes are very good, and the rates are cheap, 3 Hr - 6 Hr an hour.

Most cafes allow smoking. With poor ventilation they tend to be very smoky.

A traveler to Odessa can quickly recognize the cheaper internet cafes by the numbers of teens and pre-teens loudly, usually very loudy, playing computer games, usually shooting games similar to Counter-Strike.

Internet Cards for laptops

If you have a laptop computer, many Kiosks and computer stores sell Internet cards. These cards may then be used from any telephone. It is Recommended that you know how to format your modem well if you decide to purchase one of these cards. Internet Card competition is strong with a wide variety of choices. Price usually averages around 7 Hr an hour.

If you have a good telephone, the internet connection itself connection is usually good.
